New Tab Fortune is a simple extension for Chrome that adds the feeling of a random and unpredictable message from the Internet to your tabs. It is also an excellent way to get a different look at the New Tab page.

If you don’t want to show a particular message or want to change the theme, you can add a new entry to the list of fortunes or choose another theme from the list already installed in the extension.

This extension also works well in full-screen mode, and it makes the theme change to black as soon as you activate it, and it can be turned off again by going back to the settings menu.
