My GHMC: A Mobile App for Civic Services

My GHMC is a free mobile app developed by the Centre for Good Governance Hyderabad. It provides integrated services for civic-related grievances, payment of property tax and trade license fee, and viewing the status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications. Additionally, users can download birth and death certificates that are digitally signed on the GHMC server.

The app aims to promote ease of access and convenience for citizens in Hyderabad. It offers a simple and user-friendly interface that allows users to submit grievances related to manholes, potholes, open dumping points, and streetlights. Citizens can also track the status of their grievances through the app, making it easier to stay informed about the progress of their complaints.
