Mornin – A Time-Management and Collaboration Extension for Google Calendar
What is it about? Mornin is a time-management and collaboration extension for Google Calendar. It helps you understand where you are spending your time by automatically categorizing your events on Google Calendar and color-coding them accordingly. It does this by analyzing your calendar events and categorizing them into the following categories: planning, execution, review, people management, and other (for activities that can’t be categorized under the given classifications).
Mornin also tracks how much time you are spending on planning, execution, reviews, and people management. It allows you to build a better understanding of what you are spending your time on. Thus, you can always stay on top of what you need to do for your day.
How does it work? To be able to use Mornin, you will need to have a Google account linked to your work calendar. The app will then create a new event when it detects a new calendar event on your calendar. The event will then appear on your timeline as a color-coded event. As you are creating events, it will also track how much time you are spending on each of the categories. It will then automatically categorize the event based on the category you have selected.
