Unique New Loot in More Interesting Loot Reborn
More Interesting Loot is a unique mod that adds a lot more variety to the game, it overhauls the loot system and makes it a lot more exciting. I always hated the first time I played fallout games, because there wasn’t much variety in loot, and you either got crappy gear or just died as soon as you got your hands on something. This overhaul changes that by introducing a new evolution system that makes it possible to get rare and unique items without dying, which is basically the whole point of mods like these, they give you more options than you have ever had before. I’ve personally never played a game like skim, so any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I look forward to playing more fallout games in the future.
This mod also adds a new system that allows you to grind. Grinding in previous games was quite bad, it literally felt like you were being punished for doing something good, but this new system actually makes grinding easier, and also gives you better rewards for doing good quests. Basically every mob, animal, boss, and location have a rare drop that can only be obtained through crafting, so basically all of the things you kill will provide you with some kind of item, these items are not sold on the auction house so you don’t need to worry about that. But what I personally love about this new system is that you can basically get the same items anywhere, so grinding isn’t even that big of an issue anymore.
One of my favorite part about this mod is that it takes all of the original features from skim and improves upon them, this means that the game will be more balanced and more interesting. I don’t know how many times I have died trying to do something in the game and then found out that there was a better way to do it, that didn’t require dying, this makes the game much more interesting. There are also many bug fixes and performance tweaks made to make the game run smoothly. Overall I would give this game high marks and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an alternative take on scrim, one that doesn’t make the player feel like they’re constantly fighting and killed because of their decisions.
