The NPS MedicineWise App Helps Carers Manage Medication

The NPS MedicineWise app is here to help. With it, you can quickly and conveniently manage all your medication, keeping it up to date as you move between hospital and home.

With it, you can do the following:

Scan and add medication — simply scan the barcode to add medications to your medication list, add dosages, and create a new list if you need to keep track of a new medication you’ve been prescribed.

Keep track – trace your medication history and keep a log how you’ve responded to any treatment or combinations of those.

Create reminders – set your own alarms and ensure you never forget to take your medicine or attend an important medical appointment.

Store and share important health information – learn more about your medications, from their effect on the body to how they work and side effects you should know about.
