An action packed third-person shooter in futuristic locations
Despite the fact that Mdk 2 looks like it has an alien for a main character, it is actually a man called Kurt in a robotic suit. Your job is to either sneak past your enemies or blast your way through them. The developers also took a risk and made the game more challenging than the first. As a result, the game is very frustrating, but it balances that by adding plenty of adrenaline to the proceedings. It is a third-person shooter in space station locations.
Murder Death Kills (MDK)
Even by 90s standards, the first MDK was not that great, so nobody expected a sequel to do much more than the first. The first game had all the makings of a classic because it was funny, inventive, and had character, but the graphics were terrible. Mdk 2 has built on the first one by keeping all the good stuff, making the good stuff better, and dramatically improving the graphics. There are three playable characters, one of which is a gun-toting dog. It has a comic-book narration and was probably the inspiration for the Playstation’s first two Spiderman games.
May be a little too merciless for today’s gamers
Look at screenshots of the first MDK and of MDK 2 and you will see how much the graphics improved. Plus, the developers built on all the good things and added more great stuff to go with it. The only flaw the game has is that it is so merciless that modern gamers may not tolerate it. If you can get your hands on a demo or a cheap version, then try it to see if you have the stomach for it, but be prepared to die after a few shots in the back.
