A free app for Android, by Bank of Maharashtra.

Bank of Maharashtra is the premier bank in India. It has the largest network of correspondent banks and payment providers, which are used by millions of customers for online and offline payments.

Now, the Bank is launching Maha Merchant, a new app to help small merchants register and generate QR codes to receive payments.

How to use the app?

Register in the app and generate a QR code for your store. You can either print the QR code or share it on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. Your customers will need to scan the QR code with their mobile phones to pay you.

How does the app work?

The Bank of Maharashtra is creating a unique ID for the merchant, which will be used by the customer to pay you. The customer will need to enter the merchant’s phone number and the amount of money they wish to pay. The merchant can either accept or reject the money.
