Magical College of Winterhold is a new game mod for SSE. This mod is the complete package that will give the power to the player to make spells, make potions and also to get the powers of enchanting. The mod gives the opportunity to make custom made spells and also gives the possibility to mix and match the effects of different spells. All the spells created by this mod are entirely the custom made and there are not any imitations or copy & pasted spells in this mod.
