Skrymere Magic Mod – A Review of Skrymere Magic
A Lost Grimoire of Skyrim is a unique take on an already incredible modding experience. Not only does this mod add 120+ custom spells to the game, but it also completely overhauls nearly every aspect of the game mechanics. This includes casting spells, soul locking, soul recovering, the order of the shout tree, how healing effects work, the major skill tree (faster, stronger, and restoration) and many more. It also adds new items that can be collected throughout the game, spells that can be purchased for real money or for crafting. All of this is made with user created content from the game’s most talented artists, contributors, and designers.
I have always hated playing RPGs where I had to grind levels to get enough damage and healing to last through a battle. However, Lost Grimoire of Skyrim changed my entire perspective on playing RPGs. Now, I rarely worry about grinding to level up, because all of my damage and healing comes from new spells I can purchase, and I never have to wait to heal myself or other characters either. It’s just nice not to have to do anything really strenuous to level up in this game either, because all of the best leveling areas are basically just waiting outside your cave. The Lost Grimoire of Skyrim mod is one of the best and most complete mods for the game. If you love role playing games, but hate the strenuous part, this is definitely the mod for you!
If you want to play a game that makes you feel ripe after completing a few hours, then LostGrimoire of Skyrim is definitely for you. If you enjoy the story-line but would like skim magic mods to do a lot more than simply make you feel good, then this is a great mod for you to download. Even if you are not a fan of skim, I bet you will appreciate these mods, because they do a very good job of improving the game, while still leaving the original vanilla game style in place. If you like role playing games with tons of quests and things to do, but don’t care much for the story, then this is definitely the mod for you.
