Single-player tactical turn-based RPG
Lost Eidolons is a single-player RPG that takes place within a mythical empire that has been shattered by an ongoing civil war. Offering turn-based strategic gameplay, the main goal is to vanquish a powerful imperial army while obtaining powerful offensive and defensive skills.
As Lost Eidolons is partially based on a top-down gameplay style, it can be compared to other bundles, such as Rise of Nations. However, a greater emphasis on combat provides impressive levels of action. It offers a host of weapon designs and classes, as well as the ability to undo actions if necessary.
An unwilling savior
The main protagonist of Lost Eidolons is a character named Eden. He is the leader of a small village who has suddenly been thrust into conflict. Therefore, he must gather a band of mercenaries in order to protect his people and their land.
Numerous customization options
Each squad within this game can be customized, thanks to the presence of more than 20 characters and 10 classes. These combatants may then be equipped with various skills in accordance with what they are trying to accomplish.
Creating alliances
Although this is not a multiplayer game, it is still possible to forge alliances with other NPCs. This will often be necessary, as the imperial army would be impossible to defeat otherwise.
A multifaceted RPG
In synergy with a well-written narrative and plenty of power-ups, Stranded: Alien Dawn offers tower defense elements, such as those seen in Lost Eidolons. It is suitable for SRPG fans, as well as anyone who enjoys turn-based action. However, some chapter titles contain spoilers, and allies may be of little use during specific conflicts.
