Our highly trained  certified Urgent Response Agent, certified medical professionals, and specially designed wearable technology that works with your smartphone will be on the phone with you at all times. 

How does it work?

You simply wear Lively Wearable around your neck and tap the button to connect with our certified Urgent Response Agent. From there, you can call the Customer Service and speak with a certified agent directly. If you or a family member has a medical emergency, we can have an Agent reach you directly. You can also check your medical information and connect with your doctor or nurse on demand.

Our medical alerts are sent directly to you or your family, and can also be sent to a smartphone or tablet.
