In the IELTS test, you will be required to write at least one letter in response to the given task. You will be presented with different kinds of material such as a graph, table, chart or diagram. Each type of material will require you to write a different kind of response. For example, if you are given a graph, you will need to describe the information in terms of graphs, and if you are given a table, you will need to describe the information in terms of tables.
