Translate documents directly from Microsoft Office
Most automatic translation tools work as standalone apps, but in the case of IdiomaX Office Translator, these tools are embedded directly in Microsoft Office.
IdiomaX Office Translator shows up as one more toolbar on the interface of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Frontpage, Publisher and Visio. From this toolbar you can translate the whole document, or just selected text. In any case the translated text will be saved into another file. It’s probably not the best idea in terms of usability, but at least it makes sure you never lose the original version.
IdiomaX Office Translator works with several types of dictionaries, each one of them specializing into a certain topic, and also supports a wide array of language pairs (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French) though the trial version only lets you test Spanish and English.
Other interesting extras include a verb conjugating tool and a direct access to look up words on an online dictionary.
With IdiomaX Office Translator you can translate between multiple languages directly on the interface of all Microsoft Office apps.
