HWPO Training – A Fitness Program for Hard Workers
HWPO Training is a free fitness program designed and written by five-time CrossFit Games Champion, Mat Fraser. The program is designed to build a solid foundation of strength and aerobic capacity through thoughtfully designed warm-ups, strength cycles, metcons or conditioning, and accessory work. The app allows athletes to select a program that best fits their lifestyle, goals, and abilities. It also includes a benchmark feature to automate percentage-based personalized sessions based on individual performance metrics.
The program offers daily coaching videos by Mat Fraser himself for select tracks. Mat coaches through your day of training and shares his perspective on the intent and stimulus for each piece of training. Additionally, the app includes 300+ movement videos to help athletes get through a training session with confidence in their movements. Lastly, it allows users to socially interact with other HARD WORKERS on real-time leaderboards, from daily leaderboards within specific programs to community-wide challenges.
