In the visual novel Hiveswap Friendsim, the main character crashes on the uninhabited island of Alternia. There, he will find himself in the middle of a battle between two rival tribes, the Vespians and the Escriones. This conflict will soon be joined by an even more dangerous enemy: the mysterious and powerful Hiveswap Trolls. It’s up to the protagonist to find his way in this new and dangerous world.

With the help of some companions, he will have to face the hostile Hiveswap Trolls, as well as other dangers such as starvation and the hostile island of Alternia itself.
