Enter the magical world of Hogwarts
Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince lets you try your hand at trying to save the British wizarding world in Harry Potter’s shoes.
Fans will no doubt be excited about the Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince movie, and EA have just released this demo of their forthcoming video game version.
Much like other Harry Potter video games for PCs, you control Harry in a series of events. In the demo, it’s the Gryffindor Dueling Club and Flying Club. In the first, you are taught how to execute a few spells, and must then duel two of your friends to see who’s quickest with their wand. In the flying club, you get to play seeker, attempting to find the Golden Snitch by flying around a twisting and turning obstacle course above the Quidditch field. Control in both Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince events is easy, and you are accompanied by schoolboy commentary throughout.
Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince will satisfy fans of the books and movies alike. The gameplay seems to be aimed at younger players, and is a little easy as a result. Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince’s graphics are polished enough, but are nothing special in today’s high definition world. The demo is also a fairly hefty download, considering how short it is. There’s not much replay value in Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince either, unless you lose on your first attempt.
Featuring many of the central elements of the series, Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince gives you the chance to discover the fun of playing Harry Potter yourself.
