This application is a free offline dictionary app for Android devices. It’s very easy to use and has a simple interface, so it’s very user-friendly. The first thing you need to do is select the language you want to translate, and the second is select the word that you want to translate. After that, you will be taken to the next screen, where you will be able to choose the type of translation you want to do. You will be able to choose from the following options: speech to text, text to speech, voice to text, and voice to speech.
