Tagging is a powerful and useful way to find relevant messages. Just add a tag to any email in your Gmail account to get a brief but clear look at the contents of that email.

When you’re taking a glance at the contents of the email, you can browse through the email titles that are displayed in your inbox. You can now simply click on any of the titles to get a more detailed look at the content of that email, whether it is a conversation with a specific person or an important one that should be followed up on.

The new Gmail Tagger is all about you and your life. As soon as you create an account with Gmail, you can sync your tags to your Gmail account and they will appear wherever you are. All you have to do is click on the tags you want to view.

Now, you can leave any tags as it is or add them to the content of the email. Simply click on the tags you want to add to the content of the email.

You can also mark your messages as urgent or non-urgent. Marking a message as non-urgent means you can simply leave it and not follow up on it. Marking a message as urgent lets you get notified right away. If you want to get notified right away about the message, then make it urgent and you can see the new one.

Now, you can also easily look at the list of tags that you have synced with your Gmail account.
