As its name implies, fuboTV: Watch Live Sports, TV Shows, Movies & News is a sports mobile app that allows you to watch live-stream sports shows and news. An American over-the-top internet television service, fuboTV focuses on offering channels that show live sports, including footage of major league events of the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, and even international soccer. There’s also news, some network television series, and movies that you can watch with fuboTV.

Sports anywhere, anytime

First and foremost, fuboTV focuses on different sports leagues within the US. From the NBA to its college basketball games, you can find most of the action coming from America. However, fuboTV still features international shows like the FIFA World Cup and even events from other countries such as the English Premier League. The app offers over 100 live TV channels—more than 30 of them broadcasting live sports. 

The others feature news channels and even sports news, letting you catch up with stuff that’s being shown outside of your country. fuboTV also offers some on-demand TV shows and movies you can watch with it. The app has a free 7-day trial only but if you’d like to avail it, there’s a monthly subscription that begins at account sign-up. Your account lets you stream from other apps’ content like FOX, NBC, and National Geographic. 

Not only that but you get 30 hours of Cloud DVR space, letting you record live streams to rewatch and replay later. You can even upgrade it to 500 hours—however, you can only rewatch those that have been aired in the last 3 days. fuboTV has shows and movies that don’t need recording, though. If you want to cancel your account, you can do so without any cancellation fee, too. It’s only too bad that ads are still included in your recorded shows and the TV guide’s synopses aren’t much use to you when you have to access them by checking out each channel.
