What is Formal Lounges? It is a mod for The Sims 4 wherein you can customize the appearance of all the NPCs that show up in your game. You can change their hair, eyes, skin, clothing, and even their outfit. It is a pretty awesome mod, and I think you will enjoy it.

The app is pretty easy to use, and you don’t need to be a pro in order to use it.

You just need to click on the file you want to install, and it will start downloading. After it is finished, you will be able to open the folder and see the files that have been downloaded.
