FMSLogo is a free Development software by David Costanzo. Utilized for decades, the software is the implementation of Logo computing environment. It functions as an interactive programming language with easy to use GUI and powerful tools. Users can access BMP images, admin-approved direct controlling of external hardware through I/O, call native dynamic-linked libraries (DLLs), create animated GIFs and Windows dialog boxes, connect with serial or parallel ports, execute logo parsing, handle TCP/IP networking, initiate exception handling, manage multimedia devices, operate with MIDI devices, and render wire-frame or solid 3D perspective drawing. Users are provided with 1024 independent and bitmapped turtle graphics, as well as text with available system fonts.
