Five Nights At Granny’s: Revelations is an indie first-person horror adventure. Developed by ZealousDreams, this is the precursor to the popular sequel – Five Nights At Granny’s 2 – which serves as a continuation of the gripping story that unfolds in the original title.

A task-based, open-world horror

In FNAG, we are introduced to the characters of Po and his mother. Set in the homestead of the young boy’s grandmother, the game starts with the premise that some deep, dark secrets are about the disrupt the harmony of happy family life. Po and his mother’s souls become captured in the spirit world, and players must help release them within their five-night stay at Granny’s house.

Worth a look (if you dare)

Although the graphics of FNAG: Revelations is not particularly breath-taking, this game is a must-play for any fans of the more polished sequel. That said, however, FNAG is a quirky horror story in its own right and does offer plenty of tense moments. While replaying this game will be a welcome nostalgia trip for many underground players, it also deserves to capture the imaginations of future generations of mainstream gamers.
