Customizable clock for secondary taskbars

ElevenClock is a free clock program for PC by indie developer Martí Climent. With it, users will be able to place a clock on secondary taskbars in Windows 11. It offers various customization options, including placement, theming, and even supports showing seconds, to name a few.

ElevenClock was specifically created with Windows 11 in mind. It aims to address one of the operating system’s glaring missteps, and it has something to do with how it handles certain elements in secondary taskbars. Installation is simple and it integrates and functions seamlessly as if it was a native, built-in tool itself.

How does it work?

Windows 11 is slowly getting used by more and more users as time goes. Apart from the enhancements and visual changes that it brings, using it is essentially the same as it has always been. The same goes when you try to use it with multi-monitor setups. However, it does not show the clock across all taskbars anymore. This is why ElevenClock was developed to address this odd new behavior.

The said program is a fast and lightweight utility that is simple and quick to install. Access its settings menu and here you’ll find some nice extra features to configure. Some notable ones include the ability to show the clock even on full-screen apps or games and to display the current day of the week. You can even choose which side of your taskbar you want to position it.

Some things to new before you give this one a try. The first is that accessing your clock, calendar, and control center windows will only appear on your primary screen. The same holds true for your system tray icons and any quick settings shortcuts that you might want to access and toggle on. It’s a minor inconvenience that hopefully gets addressed in a future update.

Do you have the time?

If you’ve upgraded to Windows 11 and you’re sporting some kind of multi-monitor setup, you probably miss/need to see the clock on your other taskbars. ElevenClock will let you do just that and it does quite intuitively. It’s lightweight, simple to install, and quite configurable. A quick fix to the new operating system’s odd quirk. Recommended.
