Docket – Immunization Records: Easy Access to Personal and Family Immunization Records

Docket – Immunization Records is an iPhone application developed by Docket Health Inc. This free program is categorized under Education & Reference and belongs to the Medicine subcategory. The app allows residents of Alaska, Idaho, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Utah to access their personal and family immunization records directly from their state’s health department.
