Directory Lister will help you generate such a list in a matter of seconds.

Directory Lister is a smart utility that lets you generate a customized list of your folders’ contents along with their subfolders. The list can be presented in plain text or an HTML page. You can change the latter’s layout in any way you like. The tool is surprisingly fast even on slower machines. It also supports command line parameters.

When generating HTML pages, it can create local links to point to actual files – that is useful for LAN users who share drives or directories over their network.
