Store multiple texts in your clipboard
Some of the best applications are the ones that help you do a very simple job better. Clipple is a Firefox add-on that allows you to store multiple texts in the clipboard. When you want to use text that you have cut or copied, you click on the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and choose the item you want from Raise Item To Top. This item will come to the front of the clipboard, ready for you to paste directly.
Clipple is operated entirely from this icon and has few configuration settings, but the ones it does have are useful. You can limit both the total number of texts stored in the clipboard and individual items by length. Clipple will also save your items from one session to another, and you can instruct it to ignore any passwords that you might use.
Clipple is a great addition for people who frequently use Cut, Copy and Paste while on the internet. With the traditional clipboard, there’s always a risk that you will forget what it contains and accidentally replace it with fresh text. With Clipple, this risk is removed, making it the perfect anti-overwriting ally.
Clipple does a simple job perfectly.
