CCFIT: Cristina Capron Fitness is a free fitness app available on iPhone that aims to help women achieve their fitness goals. The app offers hundreds of workouts tailored to help users burn fat, gain muscle, tone and tighten, or a combination of all. The workouts are designed by Certified Personal Trainer and women’s health and fitness advocate, Cristina Capron. The app also offers structured programs with days and weeks of workouts planned for users and new workouts are added weekly.
In addition to workouts, the app offers video demonstrations of each exercise to show proper form, workout tracking capabilities to log completed workouts, and access to Cristina’s real workouts added weekly. The “Connect” section offers updates from Cristina and other women in the CCFIT community. The app offers a free membership that includes sample workouts, access to the “Connect” page to get updates from Cristina, and access to the CCFIT Facebook group.
