CareLink Connect allows you to securely view the glucose levels and insulin pump information of a person with diabetes from anywhere. It is designed to work in the background, so you don’t need to do anything else except install it on your phone or tablet. You can view their information at any time, even while you are offline.

CareLink Connect allows you to view the following:

The person’s glucose levels, can be grouped into hyperglycemia (high levels) and hypoglycemia (low levels).

The person’s insulin pump information, includes the number of daily doses, the amount of insulin delivered, the number of continuous glucose monitor (CGM) readings, and more.
