Siren Head is a survival horror video game developed by the developer of the Day of the Dead series and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The first and second episodes were released on April 18, 2016, and October 18, 2016, respectively.

The first episode is set in a small town where the player explores the streets and the second episode is set in a school where the player must survive a terrorizing experience while trying to find the truth. The game combines survival horror and psychological horror, and was developed with the same visual style as the previous games of the series.

The player must use a mobile phone to explore the streets and interact with the environment and other players, and can also use the phone to call the other players and hear their stories.
