The app is built on the foundation of your existing broadband connection and uses the most efficient and reliable technology to deliver a high-quality user experience. 

How does the app work?

If you’re a BT TV customer and you’re using a compatible device, you’ll need to log in to the app and accept the terms of service.

Once you’ve done that, the app will prompt you to select the device you want to use to access the service.

This is where the fun begins. Once you’ve made your choice, the app will then provide you with the login details for your device and you’ll be able to access the service.

Now you can watch your favourite TV shows and channels. You’ll have the option to watch them in either full-screen or pop-up mode.

The app will also give you the ability to watch channels and programmes on up to two devices at the same time.

So, you’ll have all the content to watch on your device and you’ll be able to access it no matter where you are.
