Editing your captures
Once the recording is finished, you have two options – you can either open it in the BB Flashback Express player, or you can export it to flash video or .AVI. BB Flashback Express player is bundled with the recorder, and will allow you to perform some basic edits of your recording – such as the ability to apply effects, modify the sound, and upload the video to a variety of online services.
This is where BB Flashback Express loses a few points. The screen recording functionality is excellent, but the player seems limited in its scope. Although it looks like a video editor, you can’t actually perform edits like cropping or deleting parts of the video. Purely as a screen capture app though, BB Flashback Express is a great piece of software.
