In your personalized meditations, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques to improve your focus and relax when you’re in the middle of the day or trying to get some sleep. You’ll also learn to cope with life’s everyday challenges and focus on the things that matter most.
You’ll discover meditation classes as well as the most effective relaxation techniques to help you find more focus and calm when you need it the most. You’ll discover how to use the various breathing techniques to naturally relax, reduce anxiety, and find more restful sleep.
With your plan, you can also choose to use our curated audio content and free audio content to further strengthen your meditation skills.
Meditations are divided into two categories: Foundations and Advanced. Both sections teach fundamental skills, while Advanced meditations teach you the next level of meditation.
