The pictures from your last vacation, work documents, your mp3 collection– we all have a lot of important files, and it’s a good idea to always have a backup copy of them in case anything gets accidentally deleted.
Avira Secure Backup lets you create and manage a backup copy of your files in the cloud, letting you have up to 5GB of space for data storage.
Once you’ve registered for a free account, you can easily save photos and videos to the cloud using the Upload function.
Avira Secure Backup lets you browse a list of recently uploaded files, view them (with the option of sharing them), navigate through files and folders already in the cloud, or use the search function to find specific files. Searching can also be filtered by type, including: music, videos, photos, or documents in DOC, XLS, or PPT format.
Simple backups for everyone
Avira Secure Backup has a user friendly interface and is suitable for everyone. Making a backup is simple, while managing files to be uploaded to the cloud can be done in two ways: through the browse function in the app itself, or through the online dashboard – My Avira – where you can check the backups you’ve made, as well as download, delete, or share files.
5GB of space to secure your data
Avira Secure Backup is a practical and simple solution that works in such a way that everyone could make backup copies of their files. There’s 5GB of free online storage, with the ability to manage your files from your PC or via the app.
This release is a simplified version in comparison with the desktop version. In particular, it doesn’t give you the option to invite new friends and as a result, you won’t be able to get an extra 500MB of free storage for each new member you sign up.
