A cross-platform bookmark app. And it’s free
Atavi Bookmarks is an app that follows you, wherever you go (but in a good way!). It provides bookmarks that you can use on any browser and any platform, within reason, and provides a ton of bookmark-related features that make it even better for organizing websites you need to see. Whether you use Linux at work and Windows at home, or juggle Android and iOS phones, Atavi is compatible.
Made to be used
Atavi Bookmarks has a wonderfully simple interface. If you’ve ever handled a collection of bookmarks before, you’ll be at home here. You can even customize it, by choosing your own background and search engine, among other options. Most notably, though, it provides features that are hard to find in a typical browser’s bookmarks section – which, incidentally, you can import your bookmarks from. You can move folders between devices, and if multiple people are using the same bookmark collection (or you’re just being careful), you can even password-protect your bookmarks!
A simple choice
Overall, Atavi Bookmarks only has one downside: you need an account, and you need to trust Atavi. This shouldn’t be too hard, but it does mean you can’t use the fantastic app on its own. Otherwise, if you’re okay with that much and need a way to store your bookmarks, this might just be the perfect one.
