Post-Apocalyptic First-Person Mechanised Shooter Game
Archangel places the player in charge of a highly advanced mechanised robot. This combat ace will then have to battle against the forces of evil within a post-apocalyptic world.
Plot and Basic Gameplay Features
Taking place within a post-apocalyptic version of the United States, Archangel is a game focused upon survival while doing battle with the evil forces of HUMNX. Players can choose to be a test pilot by the name of Gabby or Gabriel Walker. Their goal is to use mechanised body armour to attack and vanquish a horde of highly advanced autonomous enemies. The actions of the armour are all linked to the PlayStation VR headset, so players will get an up-close-and-personal view of what it feels like to be in the heat of combat.
A Story-Rich VR Game
Not only does Archangel provide an excellent sense of first-person combat, but the characters within the plot will also share their memories throughout the game. This sheds some light upon the causes of the apocalypse as well as the potential dangers if the forces of HUMNX are allowed to gain control of the world.
