It is said that high school is the most unforgettable aspect of your school life. After School Girlfriend is a high-school themed, role-playing game developed by Genius Studio Japan Inc. Here, your character spends most of the time avoiding needless athletic activity. However, after a scuffle with a kitten, you draw the attention of 3 girls who aren’t going to back down!

What is After School Girlfriend?

The story is set in a normal high school. What is unusual, though, is that you are an athletic man who attempts to conceal his talents as much as possible. However, thanks to a cat, your secret skills are revealed and now 3 club captains are after you. First is Kyoka, who is energetic, upbeat, and eager to meet new friends. Perhaps you can help her grow as a leader and even find love. 

Second is Mizuho, who prefers to be on the water rather than on land. Swimming is obviously more than a sport for her as she is scouted for an early scholarship. Third is Akane, who has a family name to protect. After her clubmates are expelled for bullying other students, she is left stranded in an unfinished dojo with only her wooden sword for company. For her kendo, a traditional martial-art, is a way of life.

You can now join any extracurricular club you choose, but you can only join one. Will you be able to make a decision after romantic feelings have entered the picture? You have full freedom to choose any club from the list. Based on your tastes, you can be closer to one person than the others. Finally, you must carefully consider which team you’ll join and who you’ll date. Any decision you make has a long-term effect.
