What is A Cold Night?
A Cold Night is a simple simulation game. In this game, you will play as a man who lost his memory. Your goal is to gain back your memories and find out why the wintery scene feels natural to you. To achieve that goal, you will collect snowflakes, ice blocks, and other resources. Along the way, you will also start a village with the resources you collected.
The controls are also simple, as you will only need to hover your mouse over the snowflakes to collect them. Then, hold click on Absorb Snowflake button to gain back your intelligence (IPs). The IPs allow you to unlock items in the Unlocks tab. However, you can only do so when you collected 50% of their price in IPs. Besides collecting snowflakes, hovering your mouse on buttons and texts will display tooltips.
Being an idle game, A Cold Night is relaxing. All you need to do is progress gradually the option that comes along as they’re available. More than that, you can still accrue resources even if you leave it running in the background. However, the gameplay is slow and does not show any action. Progressing requires time and patience, especially if you want to discover the story.
