You will learn how to do simple postures such as how to sit, stand, and lie down. You will also learn how to do more advanced postures, such as how to stand with one leg in front of the other, or how to bring your hands together in prayer.
The app will help you learn the different types of breathing techniques, such as how to breathe in and out, or how to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. You will learn the different types of meditation, such as how to meditate with your eyes closed, or how to meditate while listening to music.
You will also learn how to do a Hatha yoga workout, or how to do a full yoga workout. You can do the yoga workouts in the form of a sequence, or you can do them randomly.
