Sinco Móvil: Empowering Grassroots Organizations for the Construction of the Communal State

Sinco Móvil is a free Android platform developed by SISTEMAS TECNOLOGICOS ALCARAVAN SA. It falls under the Social & Communication category and aims to empower grassroots organizations of the Popular Power Base (OBPP) as a collective subject.
