Minimalist task manager on your system tray
Most of us need to get many different tasks done by the end of the day. This is why it’s always a good idea to have an application with which you can manage those tasks more easily.
MiniTask is a good example of this sort of apps: a small, AIR-based tool that helps you organize your daily tasks in a more productive way. The program sits unobtrusively on the system tray, inserting an icon to give you access to its main options.
The interface in MiniTask is reduced to a really minimalist design with no extra bells and whistles. In fact, there’s no toolbar or menu and all operations are performed through right-click context menus.
Besides the program’s basic functions such as adding and removing tasks, you can schedule any of them to display a window at a certain time as a personal reminder, and also copy the entire task list to the clipboard. The only feature I missed in MiniTask is the possibility to set different priorities to tasks.
With MiniTask you can easily track all your pending tasks in a more productive way.
