It’s a simulation of the Game Development industry. You start out as a small operation, where you can develop and sell video games. As you grow, you’ll be able to hire more people and expand your office. You’ll be able to create new video games and sell them to different players.

You can make money by selling the games you create to other players. Every player will give you money, depending on its rating and popularity.
