OFCA PerformanceTest – A Broadband Performance Test App for Android

OFCA PerformanceTest is a free mobile app designed, developed, and maintained by SamKnows Limited for the Office of the Communications Authority in Hong Kong. Its main objective is to provide a broadband performance test service. The app is available for Android users and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

The app’s data usage varies depending on the speed of the mobile broadband connection under test. Users are advised to keep track of their data usage from time to time to avoid any unnecessary mobile bill charges. The app provides an “About” tab where users can find information about data usage evaluation.
