ManaOoru ManaBadi: A Mobile App for Monitoring School Infrastructure Development

ManaOoru ManaBadi is a mobile application developed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for the Government of Telangana. The app is designed to monitor and track the progress of school infrastructure development activities in the state. The government has announced the “Mana Ooru Mana Badi” program, which aims to provide additional classrooms, repairs, necessary furniture, toilets, and other facilities to schools. The program also includes the provision of digital classrooms for technology-based education.

The mobile application allows authenticated users to login and update the status of the development activities. The app is role-based, and the primary users identified to use the application are the Secretary to Government, the Director of School Education, the Collector, Engineering Staff, and School Headmasters. The app provides a dashboard that can be accessed by the authorized users to monitor the developmental activities. The app is free to use and is available on the Android platform.
