E-Kinerja Bireuen: A Comprehensive E-Performance Application for Bireuen Regency Government Employees

E-Kinerja Bireuen is a free E-Performance application developed by Alidata Technology Solutions for the Bireuen Regency Government employees. It is designed with a simple interface that makes it easy for employees of all ages to use. The application can be accessed and used by all State Civil Servants (ASN) and Support Staff (Honorary/PTT/Contract) registered with the E-Performance BKPSDM Kab. Bireuen.

The application’s main features include daily attendance, apple presence/ceremony/work meeting, employee daily activity input, assessment of daily activities for superiors, and monitoring the presence of subordinates in real-time. Some of the other noteworthy features of the application include anti-fake GPS/anti-mock locations, cross out absent by superiors, and the ability to manage absences in accordance with the policies and regulations set by BKPSDM.

E-Kinerja Bireuen also offers several other features related to employee E-Kinerja, such as the Performance Agreement module and SKP, which can be accessed via the other menu or by logging into the Bireuen Regency E-Kinerja Website. The application requires access to location, camera, and storage to provide accurate attendance and upload/download necessary documents.
