Ихсан: An App for Members of a Kyrgyzstan Cooperative

Ихсан is a mobile application developed by Куттубек Айдаралиев for the members of a housing cooperative in Kyrgyzstan. This app is designed to provide online information to the members of the cooperative, who are also the shareholders. The app consists of four tabs, namely Home, Online Voting, Queue, and Construction Objects.

The Home tab is designed to inform users about the current status of the cooperative or as a news feed. It notifies the users in the form of text messages. The Online Voting tab is used to make decisions about the management of the cooperative. The decisions related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting of the cooperative members are made by a simple majority of votes. This tab is used only in case of changes in the normative and legal decisions related to the management of the cooperative.

The Queue tab allows members to see their position in the queue for purchasing a house or an apartment. This feature is loaded from the cooperative’s accounting system. The Construction Objects tab provides information about the ongoing construction projects funded by cooperative members and the conditions for choosing a particular apartment.

Overall, Ихсан is an informative app that helps the members of the cooperative stay updated about the current status and management of their investments.
