“Электронный дом Москва” – A Digital Solution for Managing Multi-Apartment Buildings

“Электронный дом Москва” is a mobile application and website service developed by the Information City State Institution for the residents of multi-apartment buildings in Moscow. The service aims to provide an efficient tool for managing and maintaining one’s own property in a multi-apartment building. It offers a plethora of features such as conducting general meetings of owners, initiating surveys among neighbors, chatting with fellow residents, publishing announcements and bulletins, receiving and sharing information with neighbors, reporting and resolving property and building issues, online payment of utility bills, getting real-time updates on emergencies and planned works in the building, staying informed about the activities of the managing organization, and receiving helpful information about housing and communal services in an easy-to-understand format.

The “Электронный дом Москва” service was launched as a pilot project on February 27, 2018, under the “Active Citizen” program, as a new way of making important decisions related to the life of a multi-apartment building using digital technologies. This free lifestyle application is available on Android, and it helps Moscow residents manage their properties and stay connected with their neighbors in an effortless manner.
