Canvas Teacher: Perfect Mobile Companion for Course Facilitation

Canvas Teacher is a free Android application developed by Instructure under the Education and Reference category. It is a mobile companion for course facilitation that helps teachers save time and use Canvas more efficiently from their mobile devices. With Canvas Teacher, teachers can facilitate their courses on the go, both inside and outside the classroom.

The app provides quick access to three of the most frequent course facilitation tasks for teachers. First, teachers can browse submissions and provide feedback to their students with a new and improved mobile SpeedGrader embedded in this app. Second, they can send announcements and messages, including “Message Students Who…,” and participate in course discussions from the palm of their hand. Finally, teachers can update their course content, change a due date, publish an assignment, or fix a misspelling easily with Canvas Teacher.
