How to Record Your Emotions and Life Events in a Daily Diary

When the user of this CBT app logs in, he or she will have the option to record his or her emotions and life events in a daily diary. These records are then delivered to the user, who can use them to reflect on his or her behavior and emotions in the time of recording.
