How Does Amazon Shop Safe Work?

Our automated process is constantly looking out for signs of fraud listings on Amazon. Once we find an account that could possibly be fraudulent, we automatically warn and block the seller from selling on Amazon.

How does this work?

We watch for any signs that indicate fraud. If we find a seller who is possibly fraudulent, we send an email alert and block the seller’s account. The extension also notifies the customers if an item is suspected to be from a fraudulent seller by tagging it as a malicious listing and hiding the “add to cart” button from the search result. The customer still has the option to look at the item even if it’s been tagged.
