TAMM – Abu Dhabi Government Services Review

TAMM is an Android application developed by Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Center. It is a one-stop platform that provides direct access to all services the Abu Dhabi Government provides. This includes services like payment of utility bills, traffic fines, Mawaqif parking and tollgates, medical appointments and treatments, housing and property, citizenship and residency, work and employment, investments, business opportunities and licenses, entertainment and events.

Users can easily interact with customer service and track the status of their applications. The app provides access to services by government entities such as Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDC, AADC, Abu Dhabi Ports, Department of Economic Development, Department of Education and Knowledge, Department of Health, Human Resources Authority and more.

The TAMM application is a significant step towards the government’s vision of facilitating the lives and prosperity of its customers and improving the economic environment for businesses via unified access points. However, to access and benefit from the application’s features, users need to have a UAE PASS account or register through the application. TAMM is free to use and is available on the Google Play Store.
